The People Behind the Pixels
Our Team
A small, tight-knit crew of editors, artists, and real estate visual specialists — spread across two continents, united by one standard.
Our Story
AI-Powered. Human-Reviewed. Always.
PemPem Productions was born out of a frustration shared by real estate agents everywhere: great photography shouldn't require a massive budget or a week-long turnaround. Troy founded the company to prove that AI-powered enhancements — done right — could be fast, affordable, and genuinely beautiful.
Today, our US-based leadership and Philippines-based editing team work in tandem across time zones, delivering market-ready images to agents, photographers, and developers around the world. Every image is touched by a human. Every order is backed by our promise.
